Liver Supporting Artichoke Dip

Give your liver some love with this nutrient-dense, delicious artichoke dip! I've made it for parties, and it's always a people-pleaser.

It's easy + tasty, packed with plant-based protein and liver loving artichoke, lemon, garlic, and scallion which all support detoxification and bile flow (an important aspect of detox that’s often ignored!)

Recipe: 

In a food processor, combine:

  • 1 cup cooked navy beans
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallion
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos (or salt to taste)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 tbsp broth or olive oil (add more if you like thinner consistency)
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup spinach 

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, enjoy with your favorite crackers or great on a piece of toasted sourdough too!
