Why you need cilantro in your life

This delicious herb can draw out and detox the body of heavy metals (such as mercury, lead, aluminum) which can lead to chronic toxicity and disease. My health was severely affected by heavy metals and so I incorporate cilantro into my diet regularly.

We live in a polluted world and it can be difficult to avoid these heavy metals entering our bodies.

Other benefits include lowering blood sugar, blood pressure, and bad cholesterol so include it in your diet if you can.
