Gluten Free + Vegan + Refined Sugar Free
A warm comforting Fall pumpkin spice latte to warm your soul!
Combine cashew milk, (any nut or oat milk will work for this recipe) coffee, pumpkin puree and spices into a small pot on medium-low heat.
Using a whisk stir the liquid vigorously as it starts to warm up and allow the puree to mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
Note: This recipe also is lovely with a tsp of maple syrup if you desire more sweetness.
