Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Gluten Free + Vegan + Refined Sugar Free

A warm comforting Fall pumpkin spice latte to warm your soul!

Serves: 2 


  • 2 cups cashew milk
  • 1 cup organic brewed coffee
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cloves


  • Combine cashew milk, (any nut or oat milk will work for this recipe) coffee, pumpkin puree and spices into a small pot on medium-low heat. 

  • Using a whisk stir the liquid vigorously as it starts to warm up and allow the puree to mix thoroughly. 

  • Remove from heat and enjoy! 

  • Note: This recipe also is lovely with a tsp of maple syrup if you desire more sweetness.
